Technical Requirements

• Required browser – Microsoft Internet Explorer Version 6.0 or higher
• Until further notice, refrain from using any Internet browser under Apple Macintosh. Use of these browsers will result in errors.
• Recommended Screen Size 1024 x 768
• Avoid use of browser "Back" and "Forward" buttons/menus as this can cause unexpected application behaviors. If you inadvertently use the Back or Forward button, close your browser, open a new browser, and you will be able to resume your work-in-progress.

Tips to make the Screen Refresh faster

• Go to Tools and choose Internet Options from the drop-down menu.
• On the General tab, go to the Temporary Internet Files title, and click on the Settings button.
• At the top of the Settings page under the title "Check for newer versions of stored pages", choose Automatically.

System Availability

• The Online Application may not be available Monday to Saturday between 3:00 a.m. to 5:00 a.m. and Sunday from 3:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. due to maintenance.
