INTRODUCTION
Chances are you can't take a giant step from where you are right now to reach your long-term goal. For most people, reaching their goal is a process of taking small steps, one at a time. They come up with an action plan and follow it. Try the activities and explore the links below to create your own action plan.

QUESTIONS TO THINK ABOUT
What do I need to do?
What is my first step?
Do I have all the information I need?
What are my timelines?
Who can I ask for support as I try new things and take each step?
Do I have a Plan B?
